At Vessi, we want you to love your puddles-jumping experience; that's why we offer a 90-day return policy for all unworn shoes in their original packaging. Whether it's a fit issue or a change of heart, we've made our exchange and return process as seamless as our waterproof knit.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Vessis

  Place your unworn shoes back in their original box and secure them in a shipping mailer with the return label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Leave your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
